General Description
CAMD's CSPEMI607 filter array with protection, which integrates four filters (C-RC) channels protection. CSPEMI607 component values 15pF-100-15pF parts include avalanche-type diodes every pin, which provide very high level protection sensitive electronic components that subjected electrostatic discharge (ESD). diodes connected filter ports standalone diode channels designed characterized safely dissipate strikes ±15kV, beyond maximum requirement 61000-4-2 international standard. Using MIL-STD-883 (Method 3015) specification Human Body Model (HBM) ESD, pins protected contact discharges greater than ±30kV. This device particularly well suited portable electronics (e.g. mobile handsets, PDAs, notebook computers) because small package format easy-to-use assignments. particular, CSPEMI607 ideal filtering protecting data lines from display mobile handsets.
