Description
LM339 consists four independent precision voltage comparators with offset voltage specification four comparators. These were designed specifically operate from single power supply over wide range voltages. Operation from split power supplies also possible power supply current drain independent magnitude power supply voltage. These comparators also have unique characteristic that input common- mode voltage range includes ground, even though operated from single power supply voltage. Application areas include limit comparators, simple analog digital converters; pulse, squarewave time delay generators; wide range VCO; clock timers; multivibrators high voltage digital logic gates.
