Description
B4151 series group positive output voltage, five-pin regulators, which provide high current even when input/output voltage differential small. power consumption high accuracy achieved though CMOS programmable fuse technologies. Output voltage: 2.0V 6.0V 0.1V increments. B4151 consists high-precision voltage reference, error correction circuit, current limited output driver. features include Shutdown that reduces supply current. With good transient responses, output remains stable even during load changes. ON/OFF enables output turned off, resulting reduced power consumption. Provided SOT-25 (150mW) packages minimizes usage board real state.
