Description
AT78C7015 CMOS monolithic device that integrates Spindle controllers well power stages into chip. device operates from 3.3V power supply. AT78C7015 designed small-form-factor hard disk drive application. precision low-voltage detection circuit monitors power supply initiates retract voltage fault condition. 3-line serial port interface with read back capability provides interface microprocessor. Spindle driver features transconductance amplifier, current sense amplifier, power output drivers, sequencer, internal delay/masking logic, Spindle brake circuit, FLL, charge-pump locking spindle programmed rotational speed. driver features transconductance amplifier, differential input current sense amplifier, ramp load/unload capability, power output amplifier.
