DESCRIPTION
SY10/100ELT21 single differential PECL-toTTL translators. Because PECL (Positive ECL) levels used, only ground required. small outline 8-lead SOIC package skew single gate design make ELT21 ideal applications that require translation clock data signal where minimal space, power, cost critical. output allow differential single-ended, ACcoupled interface device. used, output should bypassed with 0.01µF capacitor. ELT21 available both standards: 10ELT compatible with positive logic levels, while 100ELT compatible with positive 100K logic levels.
