SN54/74LS247 thru SN54/74LS249 BCD-to-Seven-Segment Decoder/Drivers. LS247 LS248 functionally electrically identical LS47 LS48 with same pinout configuration. LS249 16-pin version 14-pin LS49 includes full functional capability lamp test ripple blanking which available LS49. composition characters, except identical between LS247, 248, LS47, LS47 thru compose without tails, LS247 thru compose with tails. LS247 active-low outputs direct drive indicators.
