DRIVER CONTROLLER
Data Transfer S6B0728 uses holder internal data data transfer with MPU. When writing data from on-chip RAM, data automatically transferred from holder shown figure when reading data from on-chip MPU, data initial read cycle stored holder (dummy read) reads this stored data from holder next data read cycle shown figure This means that dummy read cycle must inserted between each pair address sets when sequence address sets executed. Therefore, data specified address cannot output with read display data instruction right after address sets, output second read data.

DISPLAY DATA (DDRAM)
Display Data stores pixel data LCD. 128-row 132-column addressable array. Each pixel selected when page column addresses specified. rows divided into pages lines. Data read from written lines each page directly through DB7. display data from microprocessor correspond common lines shown figure microprocessor read from write through buffer.
