General Description
PVT322 Series Photovoltaic Relay dualpole, normally open solid-state relay that replace electromechanical relays many applications. utilizes International Rectifier's HEXFET power MOSFET output switch, driven integrated circuit photovoltaic generator novel construction. output switch controlled radiation from GaAlAs light emitting diode (LED) which optically isolated from photovoltaic generator. Series PVT322 Relays packaged 8-pin, molded package with either through-hole surface mount (gull-wing) terminals. available standard plastic shipping tubes tape-andreel. Please refer Part Identification information opposite.
