Linear L48XX this series fixed-voltage monolithic micro-power voltage regulators designed wide range applications. This device excellent choice battery- powered application. Furthermore, quiescent current increases only slight dropout, which prolong battery life. This series fixed voltage regulators features very quiescent current (100mATyp.) very drop output voltage (Typ. 60mV light load 420mV 400mA). This includes tight initial tolerance 0.5%Typ., extremely good load line regulation 0.05%typ., very output temperature coefficient. This series fixed-voltage regulator offered 3-pin TO220 package compatible with other fixed-voltage regulators. Adjust model offered 5-pin TO-220 package fixed model with shutdown input offered 4-pin TO-220 package.
