IRU1205 device efficient linear voltage regulator with better than initial voltage accuracy, very dropout voltage very ground current designed especially hand held, battery powered applications. Other features device are: compatible enable/ shutdown control input, current limiting thermal shutdown. IRU1205 available fixed adjustable output voltage versions small SOT-23 5-Pin package.
