GENERAL DESCRIPTION
MX23C8000 only, 8M-bit, Read Only Memory. organized words bits, operates from single supply, static standby mode, access time 100/120/150/200ns. designed compatible with microprocessors similar applications which high performance, large storage simple interfacing important design considerations. MX23C8000 offers automatic power-down, with powerdown controlled chip enable (CE) input. When goes high, device automatically powers down remains low-power standby modes long remains high. MX23C8000 also programmed either active HIGH order eliminate contention multiple-bus microprocessor systems.
