APPLICATION INFORMATION
MC10H125 incorporates differential inputs Schottky "totem pole" outputs. Differential inputs allow inverting/non-inverting translator differential line receiver. reference voltage available single-ended input biasing. outputs MC10H125 low-logic level whenever inputs left floating, high-logic output level achieved with minimum input level mVp-p. advantage this device that MECL-level information received, balanced twisted pair lines, equipment. This isolates MECL-logic from noisy environment. Power supply requirements ground, +5.0 volts -5.2 volts.
