M/A-COM's MA4EX950M-1225T silicon monolithic 700-1200 double balanced mixer cost miniature surface mount SOT-25 package. uses M/A-COM's unique HMICsilicon/glass process achieve loss passive elements while retaining advantages medium barrier silicon Schottky diodes.
