M/A-COM's MA4EX370M-1225 silicon monolithic 3.0-4.0 double balanced mixer cost miniature surface mount SOT-25 package. uses M/A-COM's unique HMICsilicon/glass process achieve loss passive elements while retaining advantages medium barrier silicon Schottky diodes.
Applications
These mixers well suited high volume WLAN applications where small size repeatability required. Typical applications include frequency conversion, modulation, demodulation wireless receivers transmitters.
