After supplying power (VDD VSS) M35045-XXXSP/FP supply voltage_ becomes more than VDD, needs keep time; more than 1ms. Start inputting from microcomputer after supply voltage becomes more than keeping 200ms wait time.
PRECAUTION
Notes noise latch-up order avoid noise latch-up, connect bypass capacitor (0.1µF) directly between VDD1 pin, VDD2 using heavy wire.
