DESCRIPTION:
FCT163373/A/C 16-bit transparent D-type latches built using advanced dual metal CMOS technology. These high-speed, low-power latches ideal temporary storage data. They used implementing memory address latches, ports, drivers. Output Enable Latch Enable controls organized operate each device 8-bit latches 16-bit latch. Flowthrough organization signal pins simplifies layout. inputs designed with hysteresis improved noise margin. inputs FCT163373/A/C driven from either 3.3V devices. This feature allows these transparent latches translators mixed 3.3V/5V supply system. With inputs HIGH, FCT163373/A/C used buffers connect components 3.3V bus.
