IDT54/74FCT800 series built using advanced dual metal CMOS technology. IDT54/74FCT840 series interface latches designed eliminate extra packages required buffer existing latches provide extra data width wider address/ data paths buses carrying parity. IDT54/74FCT841 buffered, 10-bit wide version popular `373 function. IDT54/74FCT800 high-performance interface family designed high-capacitance load drive capability, while providing low-capacitance loading both inputs outputs. inputs have clamp diodes outputs designed low-capacitance loading high-impedance state.
