Low-Voltage, Quad, SPST CMOS Analog Switches
MAX4610/MAX4611/MAX4612 quad, low-voltage, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switches pin-compatible with industry-standard 74HC4066 analog switch. On-resistance (100 max) matched between switches flat max) over specified signal range. Each switch handles analog signal levels. Maximum off-leakage current only +25°C +85°C. MAX4610 four normally open (NO) switches, MAX4611 four normally closed (NC) switches. MAX4612 switches switches. These CMOS switches operate from single +12V supply. digital inputs have +0.8V +2.4V logic thresholds, ensuring TTL/CMOS-logic compatibility when using single supply.

MAX4610 family capable +12V single-supply operation with some precautions. absolute maximum rating +13.2V (referenced GND). When operating near this region, bypass with minimum 0.1µF capacitor ground close possible. Caution: absolute maximum differential voltage 13.0V. Typical supplies with ±10% tolerances high 13.2V. This voltage damage MAX4610/MAX4611/MAX4612. Even tolerance supplies have overshoot noise spikes that exceed 13.0V.
