Designed Siliconix' PLUS-40 CMOS process, these devices achieve power consumption (3.5 typical) excellent on/off switch performance. These switches ideal battery powered applications, without sacrificing switching speed. Break-before-make switching action guaranteed, epitaxial layer prevents latchup. Single supply operation allowed connecting rail Each switch conducts equally well both directions when blocks supply voltage when off. These switches CMOS quasi logic compatible.
