Description
DG304A through DG307A series monolithic CMOS switches were designed applications communications, instrumentation process control. This series well suited applications requiring fast switching nearly flat on-resistance over entire analog range. Designed Siliconix PLUS-40 CMOS process achieve power consumption excellent on/off switch performance, these switches ideal battery powered applications, without sacrificing switching speed. Break-before-make switching action guaranteed, epitaxial layer prevents latchup. Single supply operation (for positive switch voltages) allowed connecting rail Each switch conducts equally well both directions when blocks supply voltage when off. These switches CMOS input compatible.
