Functional Description
F139 high-speed dual 1-of-4 decoder/demultiplexer. device independent decoders, each which accepts binary weighted inputs (A0-A1) provides four mutually exclusive active Outputs (O0-O3). Each decoder active enable (E). When HIGH outputs forced HIGH. enable used data input 4-output demultiplexer application. Each half F139 generates four minterms variables. These four minterms useful some applications, replacing multiple gate functions shown Figure thereby reducing number packages required logic network.
