DESCRIPTION:
This 16-bit transceiver built using advanced dual metal CMOS technology. This high-speed, power transceiver ideal asynchronous communication between busses Direction Output Enable controls designed operate this device either independent 8-bit transceivers 16-bit transceiver. direction control (DIR) controls direction data flow. output enable (OE) overrides direction control disables both ports. inputs designed with hysteresis improved noise margin. pins driven from either 3.3V devices. This feature allows this device translator mixed 3.3V/5V supply system. LVCH162245A port) been designed with ±24mA output driver. This driver capable driving moderate heavy load while maintaining speed performance. LVCH162245 port) series resistors device output structure which will significantly reduce line noise when used with light loads. driver been designed drive ±12mA designated threshold levels. LVCH162245A "bus-hold" which retains inputs' last state whenever input goes high impedance. This prevents floating inputs eliminates need pull-up/down resistors.
