DESCRIPTION:
This 16-bit transceiver built using advanced dual metal CMOS technology. ALVCHR162245 device designed asynchronous communication between data buses. control-function implementation minimizes external timing requirements. This device used 8-bit transceivers 16-bit transceiver. allows data transmission from from bus, depending logic level direction control (DIR) input. output-enable (OE) input used disable device that buses effectively isolated. ALVCHR162245 series resistors device output structure which will significantly reduce line noise when used with light loads. This driver been designed drive ±12mA designated threshold levels. ALVCHR162245 "bus-hold" which retains inputs' last state whenever input goes high impedance. This prevents floating inputs eliminates need pull-up/down resistors.
APPLICATIONS:
3.3V High Speed Systems 3.3V lower voltage computing systems
