DESCRIPTION:
This 32-bit buffer/driver built using advanced dual metal CMOS technology. This high-speed, power device offers bus/backplane interface capability with improved packing density. device flowthrough organization simplifying board layout. three-state controls operate this device Quad-Nibble, Dual-Byte single 16-bit word mode. inputs designed with hysteresis improved noise margin. ALVCH32244 been designed with ±24mA output driver. This driver capable driving moderate heavy load while maintaining speed performance. ALVCH32244 "bus-hold" which retains inputs' last state whenever input goes high impedance. This prevents floating inputs eliminates need pull-up/down resistors.
