LC83026E provides audio signal processing required karaoke systems, including pitch shift, microphone echo, voice muting, simple surround simulation. special-purpose that implements karaoke processing with addition single external 256-Kb DRAM. LC83026E includes on-chip converters supports both digital analog inputs outputs. functions characteristics modified match needs product sending coefficient data from microcontroller over serial interface.
Features
Application features Pitch shift LC83026E supports pitch shifting quarter tone steps, octave scale tone units specified command data. This pitch shifting applied either music track microphone input. also possible pitch shifting octave arbitrary steps setting coefficient values. Microphone echo LC83026E apply echo processing input signal from microphone converter. echo coefficients, including amount echo delay time, set. Voice muting LC83026E provides attenuation monaural components music signal. This allows that include vocals used karaoke. voice muting function turned command data transferred over serial interface. Simple surround LC83026E implements simple surround simulation function adding delay components music signal. LC83026E includes sets simple surround coefficients preset data, these selected switched using command data transferred over serial interface. User-original surround effects implemented setting
