LC4103 common driver large-scale matrix displays, includes 160-bit bidirectional shift register 4-level drivers. number bits increased using pins provided cascode connection. conjunction with LC4104 segment driver, LC4103 forms chip that drive large-screen panels.
Features
High-voltage CMOS (P-sub) process. drive voltage Logic system power-supply voltage 5.5V Maximum 2.5MHz (VDD=5V±10%), 200kHz (VDD=2.7 4.5V) Bidirectional shift register. shift register divided into 80-bit registers (thus allowing two-screen drive). DISPOFF function (Holds drive voltage fixed level). Slim (160 outputs). Display duty ratios 1/160 1/480. Package lineup.
