LVDS inputs (PD_+, PD_-, PCLKI+, PCLKI-, RCLK+, RCLK-) internally terminated with differential input resistance, therefore require external termination. Ensure that LVDS devices driving these inputs redundantly terminated. LVDS outputs (PCLKO+, PCLKO-) require differential termination with resistor between complementary outputs. evaluation designed directly couple LVDS reference clock. reference clock does have LVDS-compatible levels: board traces shorting capacitors Install 0.1µF capacitors. Install 4.99k resistors centerpoint (available JU1) Install 0.1µF capacitor addtional noise filtering. PECL outputs have attenuation (0.6) impedance matching network board that allow terminations ground oscilloscope interfacing. signal inputs outputs coupled transmission lines. input signal lines equal length minimize propagation-delay skew.
