This application note decsribes evaluation board ADG9xx switches. ADG901/2(SPST) ADG918/ADG919 (SPDT) wideband switches using CMOS process provide high isolation insertion loss 1GHz. ADG901/18 absorptive switches having terminated shunt legs, while ADG902/19 reflective switches. These devices designed such that isolation high over 1GHz frequency range.
