6. PCK3807A 7. PESDxL2UM
1:10 LVTTL clock distribution device
In digital systems involving physically distributed functionality such as multi-card rack systems, clock distribution is a key function and a significant focus of attention in the design. In LVTTL or LVCMOS systems, PCK3807A (or PCK351) provides a simple, cost-effective solution to enable fan-out buffering at moderate to high clock speeds, with minimal skew. Available timing budgets are directly impacted by uncertainties in the timing of clock edges, such as skew, duty cycle distortion (also referred to as pulse skew) and jitter. PCK3807 manages skew by buffering the input clock source circuitry (making it independent from the variability of multiple clock signal), while maintaining accurate edge alignment between all outputs.
Double ESD protection diode family in three pad SOT883
The low capacitance PESDxL2UM double ESD protection diodes can protect up to two transmission / data lines from damage caused by electrostatic discharge. They are the first ESD protection devices on the market to feature the new ultra-small SOT883 SMD package, offering fast response time, high protection level up to 15 kV and ultra low leakage current. Ideal for high frequency applications, the ultra small package ensures the device is an excellent solution for space-critical systems.
Key features
Key benefits
· Low capacitance enables protection of data / signal lines with data rates up to 30 Mbps · Excellent solutions where power saving is essential · Smallest device on market assuring ESD protection level up to 15 kV
