Secondary regulation made with optocoupler directly from secondary output voltage. acts "COMP" pin, auxiliary winding delivering level supply voltage lower value than when primary regulation configuration, thanks internal error amplifier consequently saturated high state, sourcing constant current about "COMP" pin. address this configuration, just straps position. case, strap position must always present. Special operations limitation been VIPer device.
