INTRODUCTION
Get time (RTCC)
The basic principle is to generate a random series of pulses which then vibrate the ground. When the PICmicro wakes up, the contents of the RTCC is used as the basis to generate two time values - the pulse duration and the number of pulses. The contents of the RTCC is unknown at reset, and therefore forms random numbers upon startup.
