When temperature indicator changed from pink red, triac circuitry have malfunctioned possibly excessive flow current, which case, dismount damaged cartridge replacement. damaged cartridge replaced with without disconnecting wires from G3PA. Improve heat radiation efficiency G3PA before replacing cartridge. G32A-A Power Device Cartridge withstand excessive current short period time, such caused accidentally short circuitry load, which case temperature indicator will turn red.

When replacing Power Device Cartridges, specified model. Using Power Device Cartridge other than specified will result faulty operation destruction elements.

Extraction
Follow procedures below dismount Power Device Cartridge from G3PA. Switch power. Remove terminal cover. Hook indented part cartridge with tool pull cartridge remove
Apply silicone grease here.

Make sure that there dust pieces wire heat radiator G32A-A G3PA. Insert cartridge into opening G3PA that letters cartridge those G3PA same direction side side even.

Follow procedures below mount Power Device Cartridge G3PA. Apply silicone grease (provided with G32A-A) entire surface heat radiator. Attach terminal cover. Switch power check G3PA sure works properly.

Follow procedures below dismount G32A-A Power Device Cartridge from G3PA. Switch power. Remove terminal cover. Loosen centered screws sides dismount cartridge. screws connected terminals
