Description
PI7AT04 actively clamps overshoot undershoot voltages transmission lines backplanes. Improperly terminated data lines have reflections that result lost data unreliable system behavior. PI7AT04 clamps undershoot overshoot voltages four lines. other options packages contact Pericom Marketing. Compared Schottky diodes, PI7AT04 uses less power requires additional drive power. avoiding passive termination/clamp technology, PI7AT04 power consumption very PI7AT04 ideal applications where characteristic impedance varies with system configuration. Changing characteristic impedance common when memory function cards added removed bus. PI7AT04 does replace parallel terminator resistors.
