AME385-2.5 micropower 2-terminal band-gap voltage regulator diode. operates over 20µA 20mA current range. Each circuit trimmed wafer sort provide 0.20% 0.50% initial tolerance. design AME385-2.5 allows large range load capacitances operating currents. start-up current makes these part ideal battery applications. Analog Microelectronics offers this part TO-92 SO-8 package well space saving SOT-23.
