Micropower Voltage Reference Diode
AME41-ADJ micropower 3-terminal band-gap voltage regulator diode with user adjustable output voltage. operates over 15µA 20mA current range. Each circuit trimmed wafer sort provide ±0.20% ±0.50% initial tolerance. design AME41ADJ allows large range load capacitances operating currents. start-up current makes these part ideal battery applications. Analog Microelectronics offers this part TO-92 SO-8 packages well space saving SOT-23.
