FCT162H501AT/CT/ET have "Bus Hold" which reDESCRIPTION: tains input's last state whenever input goes high FCT16501AT/CT/ET FCT162501AT/CT/ET impedance. This prevents "floating" inputs eliminates registered transceivers built using advanced dual metal need pull-up/down resistors.
