M/A-COM's AM50-0015 broadband gain stage GaAs MMIC amplifier low-cost miniature SOT-363 surface mount plastic package. AM50-0015 employs monolithic 1-stage self-biased design featuring convenient input/ output impedance that minimizes number external components required. device typically runs single volt supply also operate voltage volts improved power performance. broadband design provides usable performance from 3000 MHz. AM50-0015 fabricated using M/A-COM's MESFET process realize noise high dynamic range. process features full passivation increased performance reliability.
