ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Operating temperature range: 55°C 125°C Capacitance: Measured 25°C with maximum bias volt signal. Capacitance Tolerance: Standard tolerance ratings 0.1µF above, ratings below 0.1µF. Special tolerances also available. Dissipation Factor: When measured simultaneously with capacitance, shall exceed value shown ratings tables. Leakage Current (DCL Max): When measured with voltage applied through 1,000 resistor minutes, leakage (µA) shall exceed: 25°C: Leakage current shall exceed values listed Standard Ratings Tables 85°C: Leakage current shall exceed times values listed Standard Ratings Tables 125°C rated voltage: Leakage current shall exceed times values listed Standard Ratings Tables. Operating Voltage: Full working voltage 85°C. From 85°C 125°C working voltage derates linearly 85°C working voltage.

PERFORMANCE RELIABILITY
capacitors tested accordance with MIL-PRF49137, with specific requirements follows: Temperature Stability: When tested MIL-PRF-49137/ capacitance shall within +/-15% -55°C 85°C, +/-10% 25°C after exposure temperature extremes. shall within 200% initial limit 55°C, 150% initial limit 85°C, meet initial 25°C. shall within initial limit 85°C, meet initial limit 25°C. Moisture Resistance: (per Method MIL-STD-202) After cycles hours 25°C 65°C 80-98% capacitance shall within +/-15% initial value, within initial limit leakage within initial limit. Life: (per Method MIL-STD-202) after 1,000 hours 85°C rated voltage; capacitance shall within +/-10% initial limit, within initial limits, leakage within 200% initial limit. Surge Voltage: (per MIL-PRF-49317) After 1,000 cycles 85°C WVDC; capacitance shall within +/-10% initial limit, leakage within initial limits. Resistance Soldering Heat: (per Method MILSTD-202, Condition After immersion 260°C molten solder within 1/4" body unit, there shall evidence mechanical electrical degradation. Solderability: (per Method MIL-STD-202) After dipping leads 235°C molten solder within .125" body unit, solder shall cover lead surface. Terminal Strength: (per Method MIL-STD-202) After following test there shall loosening terminals permanent damage terminals.
