Voltage Shunt Regulator
AME4311 volatge version industry standard shunt regulator. AME4311 reference 1.24 volts. output voltage value between 1.24V with external resistors. (For factory internal feedback resistors AME4312.) When used with optocoupler these devices ideal isolated 3.3V switching supplies. Analog Microelectronics offers this part TO-92 package well space saving SOT-23 SOT-25 packages. isolated switching power supplies requiring voltages lower than 2.7V AME4315.
