General Description
MIC4467/8/9 family 4-output CMOS buffer/drivers expansion from earlier single- dual-output drivers, which they functionally closely related. Because package count permitted each driver been equipped with 2-input logic gate added flexibility. Placing four highpower drivers single package also improves system reliability reduces total system cost. some applications, these drivers replace only packages single-input drivers, some associated logic well. Although primarily intended driving power MOSFETs, similar highly capacitive loads, these drivers equally well suited driving other load (capacitive, resistive, inductive), which requires high-efficiency, low-impedance driver capable high peak currents, rail-to-rail voltage swings, fast switching times. example, heavily loaded clock lines, coaxial cables, piezoelectric transducers

driven easily with MIC446X series drivers. only limitation loading that total power dissipation must kept within power dissipation limits package. MIC446X series drivers built using process. They will latch under conditions within their power
voltage ratings. They subject damage when noise spiking (either polarity) occurs ground line. They accept half inductive kickback current (either polarity) into their outputs without damage logic upset.
