DESCRIPTION KD1084 DROP Voltage Regulator able provide Output Current. Dropout guaranteed maximum 1.5V maximum output current, decreasing lower loads. KD1084 compatible with older 3-terminal adjustable regulators, better performances term drop output tolerance. SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM
2.85V output version suitable SCSI-2 active termination. Unlike regulators, where part output current wasted quiescent current, KD1084 quiescent current flows into load, increase efficiency. Only 10µF minimum capacitor need stability. devices supplied TO-220, D2PAK, D2PAK/A DPAK. chip trimming allows regulator reach very tight output voltage tolerance, within 25°C version 25°C standard version.
