Low-Voltage, Quad, SPST, CMOS Analog Switches
MAX4651/MAX4652/MAX4653 quad analog switches feature on-resistance (RON) when operating from single supply. matched between switches flat (0.8 max) over specified signal range. Each switch handle Rail-toRail® analog signals. Off-leakage current 0.1nA +25°C. These switches ideal low-distortion applications preferred solution over mechanical relays automated test equipment applications where current switching required. They have power requirements, require less board space, more reliable than mechanical relays. MAX4651/MAX4652/MAX4653 operate from single +1.8V +5.5V supply, making them ideal battery-powered applications. MAX4651 four normally closed (NC) switches, MAX4652 four normally open (NO) switches, MAX4653 switches. These devices available 16-pin TSSOP packages.
