W91F820N series tone/pulse switchable telephone dialers with 13-flash memory, keytone, hold, lock, handfree dialing control features. These chips fabricated using Winbond's highperformance CMOS technology thus offer good performance low-voltage, low-power operations.

DESCRIPTION
