High-Speed, Low-Voltage, Dual SPST CMOS Analog Switches
MAX4641/MAX4642/MAX4643 monolithic, dual, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches that operate from single supply ranging from +1.8V +5.5V. MAX4641/MAX4642/MAX4643 provide on-resistance (RON), matching between channels, flatness over entire analog signal range. These devices offer fast switching times less than 20ns while consuming less than 0.01µW quiescent power. MAX4641 normally open (NO) switches, MAX4642 normally closed (NC) switches. MAX4643 switch switch. three devices have 0.35nA leakage currents over entire temperature range. MAX4641/ MAX4642/MAX4643 available small 8-pin µMAX packages.

MAX4641/MAX4642/MAX4643 operate from single supply ranging from +1.8V +5.5V. devices guaranteed functional over that supply range, TTL/CMOS compatibility only valid operation using supply. voltage levels referenced

ESD-protection diodes internally connected between each analog-signal both GND. these diodes conducts analog signal exceeds (Figure Virtually analog leakage current comes from diodes GND.
