General Description
PVI5013R Photovoltaic Isolator dualchannel, opto-isolated driver capable directly driving gates power MOSFETs IGBTs. utilizes monolithic integrated circuit photovoltaic generator novel construction output. output controlled radiation from GaAlAs light emitting diode (LED) which optically isolated from photovoltaic generator. PVI5013R ideally suited applications requiring high-current and/or high voltage switching with optical isolation between lowlevel driving circuitry high-energy highvoltage load circuits. used directly driving gates power MOSFETs. dualchannel configuration allows outputs drive independent discrete power MOSFETs, connected parallel series provide higher-current drive power MOSFETs higher-voltage drive IGBTs. PVI5013R employs fast turn-off circuitry. PVI5013R Photovoltaic Isolators packaged 8-pin, molded package with either thruhole "gull-wing" terminals. available standard plastic shipping tubes tape-andreel.
