General Description
APW7045 integrates controller linear controller, well monitoring protection functions into single package, which provides controlled power outputs with over-voltage overcurrent protections. controller regulates termination voltage (1.25V) Voltage (2.05V) with synchronous-rectified buck converter. linear controller regulates Memory Voltage (2.5V). cision reference voltage-mode control provide static regulation. linear controller drives external N-channel MOSFET provide adjustable voltage. APW7045 monitors output voltages, single Power Good signal issued when voltage within ±10% setting lineat regulator output level above under-voltage threshold. Additional built-in over-voltage protection output uses lower MOSFET prevent output voltages above 115% setting. over-current function monitors output current using voltage drop across upper MOSFET's RDS(ON), eliminating need current sensing resistor.
