DESCRIPTION IZD1520 family matrix (Liquid Crystal Display) drivers designed display characters graphics. drivers generate drive signals derived from mapped data stored internal RAM. IZD1520 family drivers incorporate innovative circuit design strategies achieve very power dissipation wide range operating voltages. These features give designer flexible means implementing small medium size displays compact, power systems. IZD1520 which able drive lines twelve characters each.
