AH287 monolithic motor controller with Hall sensor's capability. contains complementary open-drain drivers motor's coil driving, automatic lock shutdown restart function relatively. avoid coil burning, rotor-lock shutdown detection circuit shut down output driver rotor blocked then automatic recovery circuit will restart motor. This function repeats while rotor blocked. Until blocking removed, motor recovers running normally.
