General Description
APX1117 dropout positive adjustable fixed-mode voltage regulator with output current capability. product specifically designed provide well-regulated supply applications such high-speed termination current 3.3V logic supply. APX1117 also well suited other applications such cards. APX1117 guaranteed have lower than 1.3V dropout full load current making ideal provide well-regulated outputs 1.25V 5.0V with 6.3V input supply.
