NEC's UPC3219GV Silicon Monolithic designed Amplifier digital CATV, cable modem telephony systems. This consists stage gain control amplifier fixed gain video amplifier. device provides differential input differential output noise performance, which eliminates shielding requirements. package 8-pin SSOP (Shrink Small Outline Package) suitable surface mount.
This manufactured using NEC's NESAT silicon bipolar process. This process uses silicon nitride passivation film. This material protect chip surface from external pollution prevent corrosion/migration. Thus, this excellent performance, uniformity reliability. NEC's stringent quality assurance test procedures ensure highest reliability performance.
